As an adoptive mom, TBRI® Practitioner, and spiritual director, I walk alongside parents with a Christ-centered approach to healing and support. While I can share practical parenting strategies, my deepest passion is caring for you—the parent.

Many parents come to me feeling exhausted, discouraged, or even fearful that they can’t keep going. Some grieve the family life they imagined and struggle with the painful gap between their expectations and their reality. They often carry heavy worries about how all of their children are being impacted.

A common struggle is something known as blocked care—when parents continue meeting their child’s physical needs but feel emotionally shut down, hardly recognizing the mom or dad they’ve become.

And at the core of it all, many parents find themselves asking the hardest question: Where is God in this?
PRIVATE COACHING
Parents tell me it’s a relief to be completely honest about their struggles. They appreciate that I share wisdom gained over decades of parenting my crew. They have confidence in my experience as a TBRI Practitioner and the knowledge I have about the nervous system, and parenting children with early adversity. Most of all, many parents are thankful to know I seek wisdom from God as I support them.
